The SCR series Cartesian robot is a multifunctional, easy-to-use 3-axis/4-axis type Cartesian robot that includes a robot body and a dedicated controller.
Position specification using jog motion is a simple teaching system that is easy to use, even for beginners, and is based on motion selection, allowing for smooth equipment startup. You can also use many useful features such as camera correction functions to reduce setup time.
Use the right motor to suit your needs
Feedback controlled stepping motors are used for the X and Y axes. A maximum payload of 8kg, maximum acceleration of 5000mm/s², and maximum speed of 800mm/s have been achieved.
Control up to 4 axes + 2 external motors: auxiliary axis function (optional)
Up to two "pulse train input type" devices such as stepping motors and servo motors can be taught on the teaching pendant in the same way as robot axes. It can be used in a variety of ways, such as installing a turntable and changing the direction of the workpiece, or installing a conveyor and controlling it from a robot.
Rich lineup
Available in single-sided and double-sided types. Strokes for the X, Y, and Z axes can be selected from many combinations. There is also a 2-axis specification that includes a rotating axis for the double-sided type. In addition, the 4-axis specification also includes an absolute specification that does not require home return when the power is turned on. This product complies with CE standards.

Simultaneous control of 4 axes provides smooth movement, and the addition of a rotating axis creates flexibility in tasks such as coating work on cylinder walls and soldering work, which are difficult to do with 3 axes.

Since special application software is built-in, there is no need to use robot language to teach basic tasks such as point application, straight line and curve application, etc. Create a program by entering parameters such as JOG operation and selection, and speed as necessary.
Screw tightening specifications
Dedicated software that makes it easy to teach screw tightening work. You can create a program by simply specifying the screw tightening position and setting the "screw tightening conditions" such as the pitch and length of the screw. *A 3-axis machine is used for screw tightening specifications. (Recommended screw size M1.0 to M5.0, maximum screw tightening torque 4.9N・m)
