The Lubemate System uses a micro-volume, low-pressure spray application method to apply a uniform, dense, thin film of machining oil. As a result, there is no overspray, mist, or splashing, making it an ideal processing oil coating for punching operations on press machines, etc.
- The ultra-compact spray valve LM87 can be installed on most commercially available presses.

The Lubemate system uses a micro-pressure method to spray coat processing oil into a dense film. Micro-volume, low-pressure nozzle air provides a uniform, quantitative, and appropriate amount of oil coating without overspray, mist, or splashing. It is easy to set up and takes less time to start up than other methods.
